TOURNAMENT BASICS
01When is the ROC Summer Showdown?
Friday–Saturday, June 18–19, 2027.
02Where will the tournament be played?
Utah County, Utah. Final field complex information will be announced after venue confirmation.
03Is every team guaranteed five games?
Yes. Every team receives three pool-play games on Friday, followed by a semifinal and a championship or placement game on Saturday.
04Which divisions are offered?
Boys 5/6, Boys 7/8, HS JV and HS Varsity.
REGISTRATION & PAYMENTS
05How much does registration cost?
Early Bird is $1,700 through January 31, 2027; Second Early Bird is $1,800 from February 1 through March 20, 2027; Regular Registration is $1,900 after March 20, 2027.
06What is the deposit?
A $250 deposit per team reserves your team’s spot and is applied toward your team fee. It is non-refundable if a team withdraws. You can pay just the deposit or the full team fee when you register.
07When is the remaining balance due?
If you paid only the deposit, the remaining balance is due April 19, 2027.
08Is sales tax included?
Yes. All prices include applicable Utah sales tax.
09Do clubs get a discount for registering multiple teams?
Yes. With Club Multi-Team Pricing, clubs registering teams together save $50 per team for 3 teams, $75 per team for 4 teams and $100 per team for 5 teams.
10What is the cancellation and refund policy?
The $250 deposit is non-refundable if a team withdraws. If ROC Sporting Events cancels the tournament, deposits are refunded in full. See the full cancellation and refund policy at rocsportingevents.com/refund-policy.
