CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY.
How payments, withdrawals and cancellations work for the ROC Summer Showdown.
PAYMENTS
- Teams may pay the $250 per-team deposit or the full team fee at registration.
- The $250 deposit reserves your team’s spot and is applied toward your team fee.
- If you paid only the deposit, the remaining balance is due April 19, 2027.
- All prices include applicable Utah sales tax.
IF YOUR TEAM WITHDRAWS
- The $250 deposit is non-refundable if a team withdraws after registering.
IF ROC SPORTING EVENTS CANCELS
- If ROC Sporting Events cancels the tournament, deposits are refunded in full.
